• conducting the analysis whether a given designation can obtain a status of trade mark;
• registration of a given trade mark in a relevant office, i.e. the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland or the European Union Intellectual Property Office;
• conducting the procedure of obtaining the protection right for a trade mark in a competent office;
• filing an opposition to the registration of a trade mark or conducting the case regarding the filed opposition to the registration of a trade mark;
• conducting the procedure related to invalidation of trade mark rights.
